That awkward moment when… You wake up an realise you’re the one who got too drunk, caused an argument, offended a crew member and had to be sent to bed by your boss, after only 3 days onboard!

Tensions are running high between the deck crew and Trevor’s hunger for more responsibility & power doesn’t seem to complement his behaviour, neither is it helping Kelley who is adjusting into his new role as Bosun.

Kate & Ben

Wow, well things between Kate and Ben get rather heated over this charter, as we all witnessed. The relationship between the Chef and Chief Stewardess is always a fragile one (from experience). Each of them have a lot of pressure on their shoulders (Ben’s also got a doggy to feed on this charter!)  and as a rule they they usually have conflicting views. With Ben & Kate, any heated discussions aren’t helped by their history together, as they really know how to push each others buttons.

Well, we all saw Trevor make that very unprofessional decision to drink with our charter guests. As I said on the show, this is a “total NONO”, especially when the guests are having private time together in the hot tub! My attitude towards Trevor’s behaviour here seems all too passive looking back on it, but learning how to manage and assert my opinion is something I’ve had to really learn and I think I’m getting gradually better at it! Ha..

Tonight’s dinner and party theme for the guests was 60’s, which is why we were wearing hooped earrings and pretty dresses that were gifted to us by our lovely guest, Jodi.

The dresses were by her brand, Eliza J – and we loved them! (click here for link).

Crew Connections & What happens next

Charter 2 draws to a close and we all get ready to go out for the night. We are getting to know each other a bit better by this point and there seems to be a little interest sparking amongst crew members (Lauren/Nico? Kelley & myself?) These connections can happen rapidly on boats due to the intense living conditions. We’ll have to wait and see if anything emerges.

Then, yet again we have Trevor spiralling a little out of control. Everyone’s a getting a little heated, Ben is wound up  by Trevor (which we all know may progress into a little more than just confrontation), and the show draws to a close mid way through the night…I think we’re all awaiting on next weeks episode with anticipation as to what will unfold.
