The Premiere & Social Meat-ia moments

Who enjoyed the premiere episode of Below Deck Season 4?!

With all the buzz being out here and not in the UK I decided to stay in Florida for the occasion (which i’m falling in love with). I helped lay on an event at The Wyndham Grand, Jupiter, which our main Captain Lee attended, with his beautiful wife Mary-Anne.

We had lots of fun, met some lovely fans, watched the episode & raised some good money for a charity close to our hearts, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Palm Beach.

Captain Lee turned up with his laptop in hand, fully prepared for the social media escapade that I didn’t know was in store. Obviously, my bombardment was a small fraction of what Captain Lee experiences but it came as a shock all the same, and it was very helpful being with a man in the know!

Live tweeting and being able to engage with the viewer’s reactions was very enjoyable, and rewarding.

It made me look at the episode from a different perspective than how I had viewed it alone.

Lets recap on some of Episode 1’s highlights & hot topics, which I picked up from our Below Deck tweeting &  Instagram fans;

I remember being extremely nervous over these first days of filming. I threw myself into work and Kate made me feel comfortable which I was so relieved about, but it was a demanding situation going straight into a charter not knowing anyone yet, or really having the time to get to know them!

The premiere night was lots of fun, for me anyway, and I hope that everyone enjoyed the first episode. I’m excited to see the next one! Tuesday 13th, Bravo 9pm.
